If you a first time runner or a seasoned pro, the new City2Surf Training App will help you prepare for the world’s’ largest fun run, the City2Surf.

The app is packed with challenges, where you can win prizes including holidays, Seiko watches, TomTom Spark Cardio+Music GPS Sport Watch and adidas gear.

Up and Running Training Plan

Sheree Webber and Jim Owens of Jorg Fitness are the team behind our official City2Surf training runs.

Both are experienced runners who  launched the “Up and Running Training Program” which is perfect for those who prefer to train solo.

The program can be adapted for beginner, intermediate and advanced runners and provides a week's worth of training to set you up for success.

Group Training Runs

If you love training in a group environment and need a little push to perform at your best, the Jorg Fitness team also offer group training sessions and a caring and supportive approach that are sure to motivate you.

Training runs are free and held on Monday and Thursday evenings  (departing from The Domain) and Saturday morning departing from Centennial Park.
