City2Surf Official Training Runs provided by JORG
Join Jim Owens, experienced level 4 Athletics Australia Coach of beginners right through to elite, and Sheree Webber, qualified personal trainer of JORG Fitness, as they train and prepare you for this year's City2Surf. Both experienced runners and passionate about helping others improve their health and fitness, they'll take you through lots of technique and training tips along the course of their structured program to help you get the best out of your City2Surf run this year. Together they have launched the Up And Running Training program series which have helped many runners all over Australia improve their performance and they look forward to sharing their knowledge and experience with you. Training runs will commence from the week commencing June 5, with sessions likely to be on Monday and Thursday evenings from 6:00pm CBD - location TBC and Saturday mornings from 7:30am - location TBC. The sessions will be run for 10 weeks and continue right up until the week of the event.
