If you struggle to get up and at ‘em and need a booster in the motivation department, join a running group, or pair up with a running buddy. This can massively increase your accountability, motivation, inspiration and commitment as well as making it fun.

Sydney is a beautiful place! Why not use your training as an excuse to explore a new area on foot? Mix it up by heading to the beach, run around centennial Park or tackle the infamous never-ending Coogee stairs.
