Corporate Team Registration Packages Terms and Conditions

Want to enter in a Corporate Team but don’t know where to start? Do you want to make sure that entering in a Team is as smooth as possible? Don’t fret, our Corporate Program is here to help.

Both our Basic and Premium Packages are designed to assist Team Manager’s with entering and managing their team. No matter the size of the team, our two packages ensure that the Team Manager experience is as stress-free as possible. Depending on the package, we have great benefits including pay later functionality, discount codes, and a bib collation service, all designed to make your entry as a team as seamless as possible.

Please note that individual entry fees are not included in the package price.

Are the Corporate Registration Packages Refundable?

The Corporate Registration Packages are non-refundable, so please ensure you have read the inclusions of the package prior to purchasing. The standard Event Terms and Conditions apply to registrations.

Will the pay later function switch on automatically?

If you have selected ‘the Team pays for all registration fees’ during the registration process, it will automatically turn on.

Do the Corporate Registration Packages include individual entry fees?

The Corporate Registration Packages aim to make the registration process as easy as possible for Team Managers and to provide an enhanced level of assistance relating to the package purchased.

Individual registration fees are not included as part of these packages and need to be purchased by the individual or organisation via the registration console.

Can my Team Members purchase a Family Pass if they are going to register as part of my Corporate Registration Package?

Yes, they can, however if you are using the pay later function and the company is only paying for employees not families, you will need to discuss payment options with your employee.

Unfortunately the Family Pass can not be split, so you will either need to pay for the entire pass and have the employee reimburse the company or alternatively, the employee can purchase the Family Pass via the registration console separately to the company team and the company can reimburse the employee.

I have purchased a Premium Package and have 100 participants in my group. When is the discount applied?

The discount code is not provided to the group until the Fairfax Corporate Team Manager is advised by the Team Manager that they have reached either 50 or 100 participants. The Fairfax Corporate Team can be contacted at yourteam@fairfaxmedia.com.au. Once the code is provided, please log into your Team Manager dashboard, click on the 'Make Payment' tab and enter the voucher code prior to making full payment.

Please note, once full payment has been made, the discount will not be refunded if you reach the capped number at a later date.
